These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, facilities, and storage services.
By booking a storage unit or accessing our site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Definitions

  • “Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our” refers to U-Self Storage and its authorized representatives.

  • “Customer,” “You,” or “Your” refers to the individual or entity renting a storage unit or using our services.

  • “Unit” means the self-storage space rented by the Customer.

2. Use of the Storage Unit

  • Units are provided solely for the purpose of storage.
  • You may not live, sleep, or conduct business operations inside the unit.
  • All stored items must comply with our facility policies and applicable laws.
  • You are responsible for the safe packing and stacking of your belongings.

3. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly not permitted in any storage unit:

  • Flammable or combustible materials (e.g., fuel, gas, paint)
  • Perishable goods or food items
  • Explosives, weapons, or ammunition
  • Toxic, hazardous, or illegal substances
  • Live animals or plants
  • Any item that emits odor or leaks fluids

If such items are found, U-Self Storage reserves the right to remove them and notify authorities if necessary.

4. Access & Security

  • Customers are responsible for securing their unit with a suitable lock.
  • Access to the facility is limited to authorized persons only.
  • CCTV cameras and controlled entry systems are in place for safety, but the customer remains responsible for their own belongings.
  • U-Self Storage is not liable for loss or damage due to theft, fire, flood, or natural disasters unless caused by proven negligence.

5. Payment Terms

  • All rental fees must be paid in advance, according to your selected plan.
  • Late payments may incur additional charges or access restrictions.
  • Failure to pay within the agreed time may result in termination of the rental agreement and disposal of stored items after due notice.

6. Termination & Move-Out

  • Either party may terminate the rental agreement with the required notice period (as stated in your rental form).
  • The unit must be emptied, cleaned, and left in good condition upon move-out.
  • Any items left behind after the termination date may be disposed of at the customer’s expense.

7. Insurance

We strongly recommend that customers insure their stored belongings.
U-Self Storage does not automatically provide insurance coverage for items stored in any unit unless specifically included in your rental plan.

8. Limitation of Liability

U-Self Storage will not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense resulting from:

  • Customer negligence, poor packing, or inadequate storage methods

  • Fire, flood, theft, pests, or natural events beyond our control

  • Unauthorized access due to loss or sharing of access codes or keys

9. Privacy & Data Use

We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described there.

10. Changes to Terms

U-Self Storage reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
